1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse this website or buy from SleePyllow. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

2. Shopping and checkout

You can browse and buy as a guest; no account is required. You can add items to your cart and check out once for everything, or use Buy Now for a single item.

An order becomes a contract when the payment is approved and we confirm it. If we cannot accept an order — for example because the item is unavailable or the details are incorrect — we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the product pages and in your cart. The checkout page shows the amount you are asked to pay before you confirm it, and any delivery or other charge that applies is confirmed there.

If the total shown to you is not what you expected, do not pay: contact us first and we will clarify it.

Payments are processed by Base44 Payments (Wix Payments) on a hosted checkout page. Your card details are never stored by SleePyllow.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery arrangements, destinations and timescales are described on our Shipping & Orders page. Delivery times are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Changing your mind, returns and faulty items

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel a distance purchase, and faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by your statutory rights. The practical steps, conditions and timings are on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product information

Our pillows are comfort products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Descriptions refer to shape, materials and feel; if you have a medical condition or a neck or back problem, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Product photographs are representative. Small differences in colour, quilting or packaging can occur between batches.

7. Discount and promo codes

Promo codes, including the welcome discount, are checked at checkout and applied to the order total where valid. Each code may have its own conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn or refused if misused.

8. Using the site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or abusive messages, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may refuse or cancel orders or block access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud or a security risk.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are buying as a consumer.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which SleePyllow is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence as a consumer.
